1) WHAT’S MONTHLY DONATION SYSTEM?

Monthly donation system is the automatically withdrawn of your money from your credit card in the desired amount on the same in every month. You can give your monthly donation  only with your creadit card on our web site.

2) WHY SHOULD I GIVE MONTHLY DONATION ORDER?

By giving monthly donation order, you can support the continuity of our humanitarian aid activities and cause permanent changes in the world.

3) CAN I CHOOSE THE START DATE OF MY MONTHLY DONATION?

Starting on the day you donate, your monthly donations will be withdrawn from your credit card on the same day every month. For example, if you give a monthly donation order on January 1, your first donation will be withdrawn on the same day, and your next donation will be withdrawn on February 1.

4) CAN I SPECIFY HOW MANY MONTHS MY DONATION WILL BE REPEATED?

Yes, you can choose duration of your donations. You can make monthly donation at least for 2 months and maximum for 18 months.

5) IS THERE ANY SUBLIMIT TO START MONTHLY DONATION?

No, you can make your donation in the amount that you desire.

6) WHICH CARDS CAN I USE TO START MY MONTHLY DONATION?

You can make your monthly donations only with your credit card, not your debit card. The limit of your credit card should be sufficient to cover the donation amount when the withdrawal day comes. Also your card should be open for internet shopping.

You can contact your bank to open your credit card for online shopping. Your card information is not seen or kept in any way.

7) CAN I CANCEL MY MONTHLY DONATION WHENEVER I WANT?
