WHAT IS HAPPENING?

While the number of people waiting for humanitarian aid worldwide has increased to 360 million, 260 million people can not access sufficient and safe food and are struggling with hunger.

In countries below the hunger line, 148 million children under the age of 5 can not complete their development in good health due to malnutrition.

While 6 million 900 thousand people need humanitarian aid in Chad, this number is 29 million 200 thousand in Afghanistan. In addition, 875 thousand children under the age of 5 in the region suffer from malnutrition.

Millions of people are stuggling to survive in geographies affected by events such as civil unrest, disasters, diseasesand forced migration.

WHAT DO WE DO?

As Yeryüzü Doktorları we provide voluntary health services in areas in need where health centers, qualified health personnel or equipment are insufficient. We diagnose cases that require expertise, perform examinations and surgeries, and share knowledge and experience with local health professionals.

With more than 250 volunteer health teams until today;

• in 54 countries,
• 2 million sessons of examinaton,
• With 43 thousand surgeries,
• We became "Goodness. Health." into the lives of more than 18 million people.
