As Yeryüzü Doktorları, we arrived disaster region to help the victims of the flood disaster which had taken place after the heavy rains in the West Black Sea Region, especially in the provinces of Kastamonu, Bartın and Sinop. We carried out aid activities in order to meet basic needs in the areas where houses were destroyed and people lost their lives because of the flood. In this context, we distributed our hygiene kits including basic personal needs products such as toilet paper, wet wipes, sanitary pads and diapers, to the citizens affected by the flood. In the region where many bridges and roads were quite damaged and transportation was difficult, we delivered our kits to those in need with our mobile team.
